Another wonderful painting created by Max on a day of discomfort where painting led to relief. He was suffering from a headache and after offering him pain medication, a soothing sensory bath, painting, a walk or some Reiki, he chose to paint. (He could of course of had all those things but I always let him choose as he knows his body.)
 
Once again Max showing real command of colour here and a grand, opulent use of his beloved gold paint. I just love these magical, twilight colours. The title 'Sun Is Brighter' was chosen by Max - the boys always choose their own titles - and it's clear with this one as to why with that splendid golden sun in the top left. The zig-zags he scraped into the paint right at the end he told me at the time was grass but since has said they're water - so they could be either.
